Short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell or share your data for advertising, and we don't use tracking cookies.

What we collect

• Orders & checkout: handled entirely by Square, Inc. on Square's pages. Square collects your name, shipping address, email, and payment details to process your order; we receive the order details and shipping info needed to make and ship your goods. We never see or store card numbers. Square's privacy policy: https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy.
• Email: if you email us (orders, custom inquiries), we keep the correspondence to fulfill your request.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics (aggregate page counts only — no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking).
• Fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as a technical necessity of serving the files.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no social-media pixels, no selling or "sharing" of personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, no marketing lists you didn't ask for. This site sets no tracking cookies, so there's no cookie banner to click.

How long we keep things

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email correspondence is kept while it's useful for serving you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Email hello@gungnirleather.works and we'll handle it — there's one person reading that inbox, not a department.

Children

This site is not intended for users under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes first, with a new date above.
